Can voice recog be fixed via different earpiece?
I'm thinking about a 700P because my plan with verizon is coming due and my Palm IIIc is getting old.
I'm concerned about the inability to place a call from my bluetooth earpiece and I found out it's because the Palm does voice recognition by sampling at 16KHz but the Motorola E850 earpiece samples at 8KHz.
Can this be fixed by a bluetooth earpiece that samples at a matching rate? If so, does such a beast exist?

That's the only thing holding me back from buying this phone. It looks like their new 750 can voice dial so it may be more than just the earpiece.
Does anyone know if a new Palm is on the way that will do all the 700 does but added voice dialing on Vrizon?

I use voice dialing on my 700p, but I have to activate it using the phone, and then I can hear the call being placed through the bluetooth ear piece. I complete the conversation and hang up using the earpiece as well. I just can't activate a call using it like I used to be able to with my Motorola v710. It's kind of a bummer, but I still use the phone for so many other features that I'm living with it until something better comes along.
