Background noise

Does anyone RECEIVE calls regularly from a Chocolate user? Does this phone pick up every little noise in the background or is it me?

My wife and daughter both got them. I hate them. I haven't notived your issue, but I do notice that whenever I get a call from them (or call to them), there's a 5-10 second pause before they can hear me. It doesn't happen with any other phone I call (or calls me).
