Which is better the Chocolate or the V
I have been looking at both of these phones and I would like to get some opinions as to which phone I should buy. So if anyone wants to give their 2 cents fire away.

I was wondering close to the same thing... I really would like a phone with a full keypad for texting... but i've deicded to get the chocolate and then when the V2 comes out in early september I'll probably sell the chocolate and upgrade to the V2...

ok, ummm, Do you need a keyboard? Or is size more important? That is basically what we are talking about, little cool looking phone, or bigger phone with keyboard.

Those are two completely different types of phones. A little difficult to compare. It would depend on what you wanted to do.

EXACTLY! The Chocolate is aimed towards music, V towards texting. It all depends on what you want and need out of your device.

same here.. I need a new phone, but I'm torn between the 8500 and the new V2.. I may have to do the ebay thing too. I heard that the new V2 has a side keyboard and not the flip, so that will make it thinner!!

From the pictures of the back of the phone that are floating around the internet, looks like it has a hinge, so I don't think it'll have a sliding keyboard.
