im debating between the chocolate and the vx 9800 (the v) and i need a lil help. i text alot but i also love listening to music alot. speakerphone isnt rele a big deal to me cuz i prefer bluetooth anyway and most of the time i dont feel like announcing my convo to the world. so i guess my ? is ... which phone is better all around?

That's a hard decision but if i were you i would pick the v bc you text a lot. i have the chocolate and i don't text a lot but when i do my thumb kinda cramps up a little but if you don't mind that then you should get the chocolate

I LOVE the chocolate, but the V is definately a better choice if you text a lot, but if that is the route you go, I'd say wait a couple weeks if you can because there is an update to the the V (LG VX9900) coming out as soon as the first of September.

ok well money is kind of a problem for me bein 16 without a job. so the only help im gettin with the phone is the ne2 deal. do u think the 9900 will be expensive? or atleast more then the chocolate? cuz im used to texting on a regular number pad i just think that it would be nice to have a qwerty keyboard.

Hmmm...not trying to be mean, but if you wouldn't like a Qwerty keyboard, then why would you even be considering the V in the first place?
