3 questions: digital/EVDO/1X ???
i just got my phone today and read the handbook and all but im still confused...
1) what exactly is "digital only" or even "digital"? is that the mode to make/receive calls?
2) i do not use verizon's data services so is there any way i can disable EVDO/1X and make it so i can only receive/make calls/texts?
3) one last question: where's the bar that shows how strong my phone-call-making signal is? i cant seem to find it anywhere âšī¸

NOt sure but the digital only is for the vcast and so you download songs and video fast.
I do not use the data service either and the way to change it is go to menue and press 000000 till the service menu is diplayed and then go to network and change it to 1x. This will also save batterey life.
The bar strenghth is in the top right hand corner of the phone. Hope this helps
