Voice dialing glitch (bluetooth)

Is there anyway to stop this stupid thing from automaticall going back to voice dialing mode after you end a call that you initiated with voice dialing. This is very annoying. Especially when using bluetooth. You think you have hung up but the voice dial keeps working.

After you tap the button to end the call on your headset, immediatley give it another tap and it will not do this.
