Which one do you think looks better?
The Black Chocolate, or the White Chocolate? (LG vx8500)
I have black one.. but I'm so jealous of the new White chocolate.. although I haven't seen the real one.
The thing is, I like everything else on black chocolate except for its keypad color. I expected it to be red, but it was white!!! HOW DISAPPOINTING... âšī¸
But now, the white chocolate has RED keypad!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
that's the only thing I like about the white one... still I think for the body color itself, black chocolate is better.
What do you guys think? đ

It's all a matter of personal preferance. I absolutely love the origional black one. I think the white one looks horrid. Not one is better than the other they have the exact same functions they just differ in color.

Thanks for your reply!
I know they have exactly the same functions and all, but I was just wondering... đ
I agree with you. I love the black one đ

They're both good but I think the black looks better when in standby (sleek, all black looks nice) and the white looks better while in use (the red-on-white contrast looks a little better, IMO)
Either way it looks good though.

Wasn't the keypad on the black chocolate red?

no, it's white. still Black Chocolate is just so gorgeous. đ

Remember that the white won't show fingerprints, at all. i just got one. i think the black shows them pretty bad.

I agree. However, once I saw the real White Chocolate, I was somewhat disappointed. I expected the keypad light to be very clear and clean; but they weren't. They looked somewhat messed up a little bit and unclean. Also, the red nevigation lights looked very light for some reason; I don't know why, but the black one's light was clear and bold, but white Chocolate's nevigation red light was too light that it almost looked like it was dead or something. (I saw two different ones, and they were both the same.) The keypad also looked like it was gonna get dirty very easily (because the sample model's keypad was already yellowish.) I love both of them though, but personally I prefer black one. đ

good point. sad to hear about the yellowish keypad. but you gave me an idea. i turned off the backlight on the keypad of my phone. i don't really need it. at night the screen seems to provide enough light to see by, and i still have the red glow of the touch pad. if the lights under the keypad are going to turn them yellowish over time i definitely don't want to have them on. i hope the touch pad doesn't turn yellow. but then again it's hard plastic. i imagine it will look similar to an ipod after a year or two, and most ipods look pretty good over time. then again, i've never had a phone more than 6 months ;-)
