Photo caller IDs do not show up

I have all of the photos for my caller ids saved to my 512 memory card and assigned them to certain contacts. unfortunately, when I receive/dial calls, their pictures do not show. What is the solution to this problem?

I found the problem. For US users, there must be a "1" in front of the number when listed in your phone book. So if you have numbers carried over from a previous phone, be sure to edit the "1" in front of the numbers.
