Phone does not recognize video
I added several Windows Media movies to my card i the my_flix folder, however, my phone does not recognize any of the video files.
The salesperson at the Verizon store stongly implied that Verizon modifies the phone so that only movies made with the phone, or those downloaded from Verizon are recognized. Sounds logical, but I not sure it is true.
Any suggestions?

all of these file types work. i tried them.imtoo dvd ripper works great for ripping dvds and putting them in any format. i put whole dvds on my card.
