MiTAC Mio 8390
This successor to the 8380 sports a lighter, thinner design, and upgrades to a VGA camera, 260,000-color display, and the new 2003 version of the Windows Mobile OS. Features also include Java 2.0, video recording, MP3 and 40-chord polyphonic ringtones, and a memory card slot.
This phone is not currently available from any major U.S. carrier. It is compatible with some U.S. networks, and may be available from third-party dealers or smaller, regional carriers.
