The largest and most powerful model in the flagship S21 series, this replacement for the S20 Ultra adds support for the S Pen stylus, dual telephoto cameras (3x + 10x), 12-bit photos, Wi-Fi 6e, Bluetooth 5.2, UWB, the ability to use 120 Hz display refresh and QHD resolution simultaneously, and 4K/60fps video capture on all cameras. Similar to the S20 Ultra, it has a 108 megapixel main camera, 40-megapixel front camera, 8K video capture, 12–16 GB RAM, water resistance, Wireless PowerShare, and fast wireless charging.
