VerizonWireless Boulder
Just received the phone today and so far impressed with the product. Sound quality is excellent, compared to my previous Motorola E815. I've been a long time Motorola user, but now taking a leap with this new phone. Volume is great, including speaker phone. Only drawback with it no sync tools. You have to purchase that seperately, including the cable. I used Phone Tools previously and now have to purchase new software, which is called 'DataPilot Software'. That looks like pretty good software. Two batteries come with the phone. I'm assuming it's because of the life of the battery. Haven't yet experienced how long this one will last, but will soon find out. The phone I have is the non-camera. I don't care for a camera phone, so I'm not missing that feature. Lots of other features on the phone, haven't yet dove into them either. I'm just happy to have a new phone and one I can use Navigator with. Signal strength is excellent too. Where I am sitting, I can't get a strong signal with my motorola, but can with this phone. It's a compact size, big numbers. I'm not impressed with the key buttons. That's going to take a little getting used too, but with the adjustment of the backlight, I might be able to get it to work better. Anyway, summary.. good phone, worth the purchase. Don't forget, this is for Verizon Wireless, but the maker is 'UTStarcom G'zOne Boulder'.
