NOT impressed
We received this phone ordered from the AT&T website. Had to have the phone replaced because the power button did not work. It took over a week to ship from Texas to Virginia. Finally received the phone only, no battery or anything that goes with a phone. Apparently part of the problem was the battery so now I am having to look for a replacement battery which is next to impossible to find so obviously this phone is so well known that none of the big battery sellers don't even know about it. Thank you AT&T for offering a phone that has been nothing but a nightmare to own!!
