I hate this phone, it is the worst one I ever had. It has terrible reception, every thing is so inconvenient not user friendly at all and The camera sucks. If you have not gotten this phone save your self the aggravation and dont even consider it try something else.

wow this fone is so terrible, like i cant even put in in words. it was terrible omg n e way the first thing that happened to it was the speaker on the back that played the ringtones and stuff just died. like it didnt play nuthin no more. i had to get that fixed under warrranty. Then, the hinge broke on the sides and i had to pay to get that fixed but pay the full amount becasue they didnt cover that "part" under warranty. Ok, now who makes a warranty that only covers certain parts of the phone? who does that? i mean its a phone warranty not a warranty for each piece. Then the ringtones omg they sucked. the pre loaded ones and polyphonic ones were good but the music ones sound so awful!i even got refunded on those. what a crock. Now The sprint service has overage charging problems like no other and they dont care what u have to say. they deal with it thier way. So now i actually have a prepaid phone. yeah, its with virgin mobile. i have thier newest phone the flasher v7 and it takes great pics! some much better than the scp8100s pics that sucked. My new one has a zoom and a flash. the scp wasnt even vga and u couldnt save it at different resolutions. anyone who is smart will switch to prepaid. Soon they are going to do away with plans they are stupid. well i hope this was helpful. if u want a quality fone, give virgin mobile a call. NOW! bye yall!
