I went from treo to bb and the treo was alot more user friendly and easy to use. wit the bb u cant dial 1800sprint unless you look at another phone and find out the number. also i miss the im sty;e texting the treo had.. oh well great phone but i like my treo muich better

the current rating of 4.66 out of five is very just. ill spare the intimate details as the other reviews have it covered completely. i will say that sprint choosing, for WHATEVER reason to not include mms, is out of control. especially if it already comes STANDARD. not the phones fault so it cant get marked down. lol. i will definetly be returning to my 8830. without the addition of the mms, ill take the WAY better battery, keyboard,and speaker phone.
the 8830 is just a BETTER communications device. i believe this phone is more targeted at the same group as the centro. you comprimise good and traditional bb features for entertainment. not at ALL saying its a bad device. just the 8830 will meet my needs better.
to all those on verizon, i feel your pain with the nav, but at least you can SUBSCRIBE to it.
...i cant subscribe to mms... :/
