Audiovox CDM-8910 / PM-8912 / Flasher V7
Average Ratings
very poor RF performance
i bought this phone for my wife as i added a line to our USCC plan in NH.
the phone was free and menus were similar to my
lg5550 phone. So I choose to try this phone.
My summary:
PROS:
-rather user friendly menus
-camera
-free
CONS:
-VERY POOR RF PERFORMANCE AND THEREFORE REALLY BAD RECEPTION!
-rather big
We live in a rather hilly area, it's kind of wireless disaster zone. So it's extremely important for me to have a phone with good reception. We use our cell phones at home instead of wired Verizon line.
I brought this phone back and got a Moto V262. Huge difference.
So if you are in an area with really strong signal from your provider tower, you may consider getting this phone. If RF performance matters - stay away!

PROS and CONS
I just switched from this Audiovox to the LG6100 after reading the reviews on this site so I wanted to post my own opinion!
PRO:
*Very compact
*Easy to use
*Easy to adjust camera picture sizes, can go from a little dinky picture to an approximate 3x4 to a 4x6 (the largest was my fav. so I was able to print pic if wanted)
CON:
*No camera lense protection, I was always afraid I would scratch it
*Camera was horrible quality for the most part, very unpredictable, 1/2 pictures would turn out really good, the other half not turn out at all.
*Not as good reception compared to the LG6100.
