I work for a wireless company and i personally try not to sell this phone. it does have fairly good reception, better than the lower end Motorola's. i think it is ridiculous to pay this much for the phone when 7 out of 10 phones come back due to the internal ear piece going bad. i would just go ahead and pay extra for the v600, i have heard no complaints at all on it!!
