Okay, so, for some strange reason, this phone does not have one single review that is under 3/5! I don't understand this because this phone can do no more than most basic phones. It should not even be considered a smart phone.

First, I will note some of the good things about this phone:
The App Store. You can find pretty much endless free entertainment here. And it's a great way to get mobile versions of your favorite websites.
Syncing with a Mac is obviously a plus.

I recently replaced my iPhone 3G which I bought a few months ago with a Nokia 5310 XpressMusic, and I can't say I've missed my old phone even in the slightest, here are some reasons why:
DROPPED CALLS. This thing has got to have the most dropped calls of any phone on the planet. Every other call I was on was dropped, and that is just not tolerable.
No MMS. I am constantly sending pictures all over to share things with my friends. And having to do this through and email is a pain. Especially for my friends trying to send me things.
Terrible Service. It was the rare occasion that I had full bars on this phone. And with my other AT&T phones in the same area, I ALWAYS have full bars. Most messages I tried to send failed. And it definitely has got to be one of the slowest 3G phones I have used.
The pricing on this phone is way to high. Paying $30 for data is ridiculous when every other phone is $15!
It also does not have any multitasking, copy/paste, only has a so-so camera with NO settings, cannot record video, is not very customizable at all, and is a little awkward to hold.
To summarize, this phone should NOT be considered a smartphone and can't do many things that even the most basic of phones can do. I would definitely suggest you get something else.
BLACKBERRY IS MUCH BETTER
This phone is just hype that's all it is.. Apple if you want to have a great phone it starts with letting all your stores with AT&T sell it.Not just a few!!!! Just goes to show you that blackberry is sold at all carriers not just Some AT&T stores. Come on APPLE get with the program, blackberry is killing you hands down. Word of advice let all your AT&T stores sell the phone not just company owned.You might get something going with your sales.
