Sadly, not reliable
I love everything about this phone, but it's built in battery that cannot be changed means it is always low on battery. It also will lose connection with Verizon with no indication other than if you call the phone it doesn't ring, turning it off and back on fixes this but you can't tell when it's off the air.
Because of these two problems I tend to keep the phone off unless I am making a call, so I check voicemail several times a day this way but friends and family want to reach me more immediately so I am going to have to get a new phone.
The speakerphone only setup seemed like it would be a problem, but in most situations it was fine, only in really noisy situations is the speakerphone a problem.

this truely is the best phone of all-time! it will change your life, it may be the only device you will ever need!
the toshiba 2032 phone even has a built-in computer with high-colour internet access! all the familiar microsoft programs like word, excel and ie are here!
although it's advertised as an mp3 player, it is not! its windows media player plays sound files in the form of wav files! you can truely make your device an mp3 player by downloading software at handango.com!
it has unlimited memory expansion!
it does have a few glitches, but everything does! monthly service is costly, it's modem must be 28k or 56k.
what can i say??? it's a web browser, a phone, a runner of applications, an organizer, a voice recorder and a time piece -- all in one!

i used the thera and also had the oppertunity to test drive the kyocera 7135 and the verdict is, i'll wait for the production model of the ky 7135. although the screen on the 7135 i test drove was not as crisp as the thera i suppose by the time production rolls around they would have fixed that issue.
