A great phone at a great price
When I got this phone I was replacing a Nokia 3200.I wasn't looking for a flip phone but when I saw it I thought I would give it a try.It was either the T725 or V180.A few people at my work are having bad problems with the V180 so I decided on the T725.The features on this phone are real easy to if you don't like them you can change them around to your prefrence. It has great sound quality except for the speaker phone option. It sounds muffled and you have to hold it close to hear it.The battery life is better than other Motorola phones ive owned. It came with a belt clip which is real handy to not have to buy one.A car charger would have been better but oh well. For the money it has great features and the sound quality makes it a great phone hands down.
Pros:great sound quality,good looks,battery life,screen color resolution,EDGE,custom features,great signal,price,size,durability,free belt clip
cons:speaker phone,no car charger, key pad backlight could be better
T725
Overall this phone is a great phone for the price. We have had some "Emergency Only" alpha tags from time to time but not on a regular basis. With an added band of reception this phone gets a bit better reception wise than the model before it. It has a speaker phone; however I wouldn't consider it a good one. As with most Motorolas the battery doesn't keep a good charge. I usually have to charge mine about everyday. With a spare charged battery this is easily not a problem.
Although this phone is not a camera phone it can accept multi media messages. I emailed pictures from my pc to this phone and used it for my wallpaper. To rap it up this phone is perfect for the middle price bracket. I personally have only experienced battery issues. However I have had a few of the mentioned items come from my customers.
Motorola is just not quite the quality as a Nokia. but Motorola makes a flip! This is
