questions on preformance
I have read most of the reviews and seems like no one has had any problems with their galaxy prevail as yet. I have experienced my phone shutting down on its own, freezing and problems with my bluetooth, no sound. Am I the only one with these problems? I just got it on 6/26/11 I don't think I should be having problems at this early date. I like this phone very much it is very handy.
Great for the money
I've had the phone for a month and love it. You can't really ask for much more. I would put it up against any of the more expensive android phones any day.

Solid stable Software
fast processor with great response to screen shifts
Cons
2.0 mega pixel Camera (pictures are just as good as girlfriends lg 3.2 mega pixel android)
no mobile hotspot
Screen could be a little bit bigger
internal memory really low (you would have to move everything possible to sd)
For the money its a great buy and useful phone with many great features. plus, you can't for get the best least expensive everything included plan on the market.

Worthy of Galaxy name?
Basic entry level android phone.
Pros
- cheap for a "galaxy"
cons
- only a 2mp camera
- feels like a toy in weight
- screen could have been much bigger
- coverage gives my friends an error message at times, saying something to the effect that it is searching for me, but send them directly to voice mail.
- really low memory
Not really worthy of being part of galaxy name in my opinion.
