When it comes to this phone, honestly im split. Not really sure how to review it. I will be the 1st to say everyone is entitled to thier own opinion, and we all use phones for different things. Heres my story, and its been a rollercoaster. I haf the samsung moment, it was deffective, sprit had me go through assurion, thei nsurance company for a replacement. I want to make it known that they had to send me *six* different moments, until they got so fed up that they sent me a samsung transform. Oh my god it got worse. Ive had 6 or 7 transforms. And this is all within a year! Finally a week ago assurin had a claims adjusted call me and tell me they can no longer send me out anymore phones, that I need to purchase the htc arrive full price and I will be sent a check to re-imburse me. Well they did, I rcvd this phone yesterday, lasted 3 hrs with it and called sprint to return it. This is why. Ive had android for a few yrs now. I knew this phone was not an android device which initially I liked b/c of all the issues with android! But to be honest im soooooooooo used to android, and the set-up that im just not ready for a change. I am too busy to adapt to something new. I will say--
this phone is fast! The fastest I have seen sprnt coe out with. I have to say, this is the sickest phonesprint has. I will not deny that. The whole set up is great... Actually great is an understatement... This phone os amazing! Its fast, colorful, has everything you need. If you have had android, and u rely on the setup, this phone is not for you. This phone is for someone in the business world. The email is perfect, the texting is great, honestly no flaws! I have to say, the camera on this phone, takes beautiful pics! Pictures come out amazing, flash is bright! No flaws on this phone. Im just not ready for a change but for someone who is, or no longer wants android.... This is the phone fo you! You will not be sorry.
