Excellent
I'm not sure where all the battery concerns are coming from. I've just upgraded from a 9650 and I get the same battery life from this 9930. OS 7 looks and performs great. Not as flashy as the iPhone but I'm very happy with it. Many of my favorite apps won't run on this phone but I'm sure that will change over time.

Pros
-Great keyboard: Seriously one of the best out there.
-Touchscreen: Has a great display and it is very responsive.
-Battery life: Should last you the entire day unlike some other phones.
Cons
-OS: Sure, it's faster, but it's the same old OS with entirely too many menus and boring UI.
-Apps: Most apps are very simple compared to those on iOS, Android, and WP7 plus most haven't been updated to work with BB OS7.
-Camera: Lacks autofocus.
Conclusion
If you need a BlackBerry or love your current BlackBerry, this will be a great choice. The hardware is vastly improved when it comes to speed and the touchscreen is vibrant and responsive. The phone is great for messaging as the keyboard allows you to type long messages with ease. However, the improvements made aren't enough to sway iPhone, Android, and WP7 users from what they're currently using.

Excellent smartphone, so glad that I gave Blackberry another try.
Pros:
Very solid phone, screen resolution is fantastic.
Great reception and voice quality. No dropped calls.
Email and SMS applications are outstanding.
Browser is greatly improved - though not the highest priority for me.
Battery life has not been an issue.
Cons:
The software as released by Sprint has a couple of bugs that need to be addressed in a future release.
Great improvment
I think this phone give the besy fo both worlds to blackberry users that might have been swayed to anothe OS. Great Keyboard and very fast but with the fimiler feel of BB.
