The ZMax is a budget phablet available from both T-Mobile and MetroPCS. This Android handset should appeal to cost-conscious buyers who want the biggest screen they can afford. read review ›

Great Phone! The best for a budget phone!
Carrier: T-Mobile
My wife broke her iPhone so I gave her mine. Quite frankly, I was anxious to go back on Android. I tried to look for a budget phone, since my budget was low. I tried Tmobile's Samsung Avant and LG L90 - Both were good but not great. Then I went with an unlocked Motorola G LTE, good phone but not great and camera sucked!
I was hesitant to get the ZTE ZMAX because, well I'm not a fan of ZTE and they are not known for offering great phones ... I took the risk and bought it anyway, with little choice that I had with my budget. I figured, Ill buy this phone and switch when I am able to afford it. After my first day with the ZTE - WOW, OMG, WTF, IS THIS REALLY A ZTE??? ONLY $252? Yes, Surprisingly, I stand corrected. This phone competes with ANY high end device. Camera is superb. Call quality, battery and performance is amazing! No Lag! High End results for a low budget price.
Speaker is LOUD.
Battery lasts all day with heavy use, easily!
Ringtones are loud
Clear & Crisp HD call quality
WiFi calling - AMAZING
Resolution is AMAZING
Camera is AMAZING
Videos - WOW! AMAZING
Watching Netflix on a 5.7" screen - OH YEA NICE!!!
NO LAGS
MY ONLY CON:
Vibrate is on the soft side, can't hardly hear it vibrating! - NOT A DEAL BREAKER
LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PHONE!!!!!

Just amazing
Carrier: T-Mobile
I got this phone after purchasing the iPhone 6 and after a few days other than being bigger there was nothing really better. I saw the ZTE Zmax and was impressed with the specks and the battery size 3400 miliamp.
Pros: the HD quality sound on calls
The largest screen and the clarity of it.
Wifi calling
Great gaming device
The battery ðŸââ¹ is amazing last at least two âÅÅ days on a charge
Camera is very good
Cons: not for one hand âÅâ¹ use
Doesn't fully take advantage of the screen with multi screen capabilities
Speaker even though it sounds great is on the back of a flat phone and when on its back is quite muffled.
Overall this is the best phone ðŸâ± I have ever used you can leave the brightness ðŸââ up for all day use or but it on auto do two âÅÅ days worth of use. The almost pure vanilla experience is amazing and just can't talk enough about the battery. A phone ðŸâ± for any one that is a heavy user.
