Samsung Galaxy S7 edge
Phone Scoop Review
Mar 17, 2016 by Eric M. Zeman
Samsung's top-of-the-line smartphone for 2016 is the Galaxy S7 Edge. This curvy beauty is a powerful addition to Samsung's roster of Android smartphones. It impresses with its high-quality design, materials, and build. The rounded glass edges and larger battery give the S7 Edge an (ahem) edge over the smaller S7. Here is Phonescoop's in-depth review. read review ›

It's Refreshing
Carrier: T-Mobile
This phone was not an immediate HIT with me. I looked at the edges and felt the design was overhyped, but it grew on me. The interface felt like a new experience instead of something too familiar.
I customized the EDGE screen, but found itâs uses limited. Nice concept though.
The S7 Edgeâs screen is simply beautiful. I felt Samsung did a good job in getting a 5.5 inch display into one hand. Honestly for the first day or so, I felt the S7 Edge was missing something; a stylus.
The sound quality could have been better, but it is better using a wired headset. The fingerprint scanner is a refreshing improvement to the Note 4 and I think the waterproof option beats using a Ziploc bag for protection.
The camera⦠well my other device is a G4 on another carrier, so I see this as âit took you a year to get hereâ however, the low light photos are punchy. Anyway, the camera is much better than the Note 4, but I was underwhelmed compared to my LG G4 camera.
Media is very good. Speaker seems muffled. Samsung did a great job, but the S7 Edge is not for me. I sent it back for the Note 5.
Samsung Pay is GREAT! The reactions of those who watch you use it priceless.

Samsung Galaxy S7 edge
Appealing phone and that is where it stops.
The only positive thing done on this edition is the return of the micro SD card slot.
Photos are typical of Samsung.
Touchwiz is getting stale already.
The SD 820 processor is welcome after the 810 and its ongoing issues.
Really not much different than the S6.
Water resistant is nice for those clumsy with their phones.

k, here goes....
Carrier: AT&T
I upgraded from an iPhone 6 to this phone. Originally, I opted to stay away from Samsung since the Galaxy S2 was glitchy and unreliable but I decided to give them another try.
Pros:
1.Phone is very beautiful.
2. Screen is the best and the size is very useful.
3.Fast for the most part.
4. This phone has an awesome appeal about it, i couldn't put the phone down for 5 days.
5. Productivity is awesome with the split screen.
Cons:
1. Samsung is trying to step up its quality and appeal which is working mostly, but the glass is pretty cheap and very easy to scratch.
2. Battery. it's ok.
3. Wireless Charging is unreliable. Woke up today with the phone at 36% uncharged. That is very disappointing because that sh** costs $50.
Overall, this phone is everything you would want in a phone. It is gorgeous, take pretty nice pix, water resistant, file sharing is great. I would improve the battery life/performance and maybe the glass to something that doesn't scratch as easy. Wonderful phone though.
