Costs a small fortune for a piece of JUNK!
It all started when I accidentally washed my husbands old phone, which was a VI660 that both of us got free when we started our plan. (which BTW is a GREAT PHONE!)
I went to the local Sprint Store, and bought the "cheapest" phone they had which was this one here at $185.00! The thing that I liked about it most, is that it had a speaker-phone, which our old ones did not.
Anyway, when talking on the phone, no one can hear you, they are all like, HELLO? thinking that we hung up on them, and this is the facts on not 1 but 2 of these phones, because I went back to the store, and they replaced it for free, after only being there for approx 4 hours between 2 days of them doing their "troubleshooting" which is more or less them trying to get out of replacing a phone that is only month old and a piece of junk that costs a small fortune!
I definately DO NOT recommend this phone!
