This phone does have a lot of nice features to it. A few of the downfalls in my opinion being a teenager are that.. 1)faceplates not detachable. This is bad because i tend to drop my phone etc goes through a lot of beating. i cracked the top of it and no way to replace. 2) signal suck almost in any building. i have problems using it in malls, school, and some stores. 3) Power button is not good. Its at the top of the phone and you really have to jab it to turn it off or on. I do like that you are able to change the profiles by the button on top. It has an easy to use menu and i LOVE the voice recorder. no universal head set jack though and when you pick it up sometimes the voice call activates itself. Kinda weird OK phone overall switching to Motorola.
