Nice phone but...
I've had this phone for over a year and loved it until now. 3G makes a big difference Easy to sync with bluetooth headsets and great with Motorola Tools for moving stuff to and from the phone. Calls were clear and strong signal almost everywhere I went. Very few dropped calls.
Now, with the exception of the on/off key none of the keys work. Oh well.....

I got this phone as a replacement for a samsung that was defective and i loved it immediately. Mine was pink and beautiful. all my friends loved it. texting was very easy with the keyboard and it feels cool as well. i got very good reception( central indiana) at home and when i traveled. the battery was decent. i usually still had all my bars after use most of the day for texting and such. unfortunately it broke twice around the hinges. they just snapped off. i have no explanation for how that happened.

overall good phone but lots of use must cause breakage of some sort because i used mine on a daily basis and it broke for no reason. but overall its a good phone.
Ok...
at first i loved this phone because it was my first phone ever. but then i started hating it.
the buttons lost feedback and stopped working and this was after my one year warranty.
the voice recorder started sounding fuzzy.
and the texting on Motorola's phones stink!
i would much rather have a samsung or an lg phone instead!

ive had all the comprable models to this phone.. CU500, SYNC, KRZR, V3R... This one is by far the best...
First off, the new OS is a huge upgrade! super fast and nothing like the old razr (sheesh)...

i know the keypad isnt anything big but it kinda bugs me, i dunno...

Myself- i agree completly, but this is no ordinary razr...

phone good, battery sucks
i love the phone except for a few things.
almost every time i try to access the calender my phone shuts off. i turn it back on and its fine. also sometimes my screen will go white then again when i take the battery out and put it back in its fine.
the battery sucks in this though. i have to charge it every night even if i didn't use it much during the day. during a recent stay at the lake overnight my phone (which was completely charged when going there) died the next morning and i hadn't even used the phone.
however the memory is awesome on this phone. my roommate has the regular razr and it cant hold very many ring tones etc before running out of memory but my ring tones are at 125 and still going!!
and picture quality is awesome along with service. i usually never lose signal!

I'm very happy with this phone the 3g in my market works excellent with no complaints. I did buy this PHONE because This is a great phone with ALOT of extras. Talk time is excellent(good bat. life), Vid.capture great, mp3 bluetooth works awsome only have had it for three weeks but NOOOO Probloms it took me awhile to figure out how to copy all my contacts to the phone from sim card, it's real easy 1)go too phone book click options, then click on (select Mulitple to) then stroll down till you see copy to phone then click options then select all. and too get this v3xx phone to see the same phone in blue tooth mode you need to go thought picture or mp3 file open file click on options the click send select via bluetooth and make sure the aother phone is is find me mode then you will be promted from phone what to do. don't think for a min this is like the old razer IT'S NOT" GREAT PHONE" MOTOROLA
