uhh..
the phone is nice for people who are not demanding hardly anything from a flip phone. the fact that this phone does not have a external caller id is pretty dumb. in my opinion that defeats the whole purpose of making this a flip phone besides the fact that it doesnt have all the "bells & whistles" that industry standard flip phones have. the ringtones on this phone are bad bad bad. the other thing is, i dont understand why someone would get this phone activated for service when they can possibly pay maybe like $30 more to get something thats halfway decent. but..since it doesnt have everything cool phones have now these days, the battery will last you awhile. it is pretty small which isnt a real good excuse to buy a phone. once you get this...you will be lookin to either 1) find a different used cell phone to hook up to your provider or 2) be willing to pay the retail price of a phone to replace the one you just got. i hate this phone!

If you're looking for a phone just for a phone, this is the choice...
PROS:

Simple, Durable Design
Ive dropped it 3 times on pavement and still no scratches!
Very good voice quality and reception.
HAS BLACKJACK!!
CONS:
No Color Screen
No Voice Dialing
No Speakerphone
Only 200 phone book entries.
If you're looking for a simple, durable phone, this is your perfect phone...DO NOT buy this phone if you want extraneous features like camera, etc.
Bites
This phone has one pro. It's tough. I left it in the rain over night and after being dried out it worked. This was about 5 of these phone ago. So apparently even the pro is not true. Cons include : It gets horrible reception. It breaks all the time. It is easy to loose. They need to take this phone off the market. Verizon was really smart in giving this phone for free because who ever owns it will have to replace it ALL THE TIME!!!!!! That means money in their pockets. One piece of advice for potential buyers : "Just Say No"
