It worked great until...

-the 30 days expired, now I'm stuck with it.
-Phone will shut off after it is closed and tucked away into a pocket. I'm thinking it is still on... but no it is off. Can't receive calls with it off.
-Phone will not ring, or even say I missed a call and a day or so later I'll get a voice mail message. Lots of good that does.
-make a call and phone doesn't ring but about 30 seconds will go by and then the call is dropped. With a full signal.
-Screen completely freezes like a locked-up computer. I have to take the battery out to fix it.
-if you use the Ready Link like I did up until last week ( had it removed from my option ) if you are in a kinda bad area for reception, the phone will stop you from txting and try to get service over and over again.

The only reason I got this phone was because I thought it was a cute phone and it was free. Well I made a big mistake.

I have had numerous phones over the years and this phone has got to be the biggest piece of crap ever. I recently purchased three of this phone for use on Sprints Family Connections and they all have the same problem. The sound quality sucks as well as the ringer which sounds muffled. You never receive message alerts and always show missed calls because you can't hear the damn thing ring no matter how high the volume is. If you put it on vibrate it's not strong enough to feel. The picture taking quality is horrible and no matter how still you are our the object you're taking a picture of it turns out blurry.
