back ground noise good phone other wise

This phone would have an easy 5 star rating,,But the most important thing to me in a phone is reception and clarity...Ok signal strength seems to be as good as any...Clarity is a bit of a problem as there is always background noise in the phone when things are quiet,,Guessing that its the noise canceling gone awry....I went back 2 verizon and got another one and same crap happened...

So if u want a great phone and dont mind the noisy backgound go for it..But if its clear call quality dont bother even buying this phone u will be let down...
