THIS PHONE IS CRAP!
OK i have had this phone for like a year and a half and it sucks!! it has great service but like the button on the top just stopped working... i haven't even dropped it that much! URRG DONT GET IT!
For a cheap phone, nice
Stuff I like about it:
This is a pretty bare-bone phone, but it's been well worth the money for me. I was left with the option of purchasing a used phone and this was the option that matched my wallet. I had a Nokia before which made the transition a cinch.
For anyone who's had a Nokia, everyone I've seen has nearly identical menus and they're easy to understand and learn. Perfect for someone who wants simple and easy.
The profiles are easy to customize for nearly ANY situation if you want your phone to ring loudly, quietly, vibrate, not vibrate, ring and vibrate. Lots of options with what to do and five profiles to save settings under.
The blue keys are nice to look at. The reception is pretty good. It seems like with each Nokia phone I see, the newer-the worse reception. My 3586i before this had better reception. It's a decent weight for a little candybar phone. The calender leaves plenty of room for any event you will forget. Retractable antenna doesn't get in the way and doesn't just pop out like my 3586 did.
Battery life is good. I talk quite a bit, charge it every other day without a problem.

Stuff I didn't like so much:
The screen isn't as bright as my 3586i. I could use that stinkin' thing as a flashlight if I had too.
The buttons are soft and right next to each other like a fresh-fillled napkin box and makes it hard to just get one sometimes.
Texting is ok if you use the shortcut, but if you like to go through your contacts, forget it, takes way too long.
Speakerphone is nice, but gets crackly.
Can't play real music, just polyphonic junk.
Calender only accessable through menu, too much work.
Downloaded ringtones only usable for profile rings and not for individual contacts!! That part got to me.
If you want a faceplate for it, thats up to you. The original is kinda spaced from the circuitry and has a piece that projects the sound for that little distance. Generic faceplates don't have this piece muffling sound.
Not bad, but...
This phone... enh, it was subpar. For it beign a Nokia, I'm shocked at the lack of standards.
It's not terrible, but it's boring, not too good as an all around phone, and is really just too clumpy.
Pros-
Price.
Reception.
Simple.
Cons-
TOO simple.
Clunky.
Battery life.
