Best Reception! Small Phone! Best Phone!
I have used the following phones Sanyo 8100, Sanyo 8200, Sanyo VM4500,and Sanyo 7400. This phone has better reception than all of those phones! I could not believe it. It does not even have an external antenna.
PROS:-
-Best Reception!
-Loud Ringer
-Small Size
-Excellent Bluetooth for Handsfree like Jabra
-Great Battery Life
CONS:-(Very Minimal to even consider)
-Ear Piece Volume could be louder, but loud enough with Wireless Bluetooth
-Lack of decent leather case available
-Buttons are tiny
Overall I would definitely pay 100 dollars more for this phone, it is that good. I have been waiting for a Phone with GSM like attributes, but small enough to put in my shirt pocket. Get this phone if you are looking for a complete phone.
NOT A BAD RIG
I've had some of the worst phones that Sprint had to offer and this is not one of them.
So it's not a full version of Bluetooth, it's a cell phone not a pda, get over it.
Hell, a wireless headset is good enough for me, you want great data applications forget about lg and go buy a mac...
The lcd on the phone is great, the seal does kind of suck on the opening portion of start up.
Sound seems to be great, a little akward to hold for a guy with big hands, reception is pretty great compared to any samsung I've had to endure and it seems to stand up to the Sanyo's which always seem to be good...
Overall I'd give it a 4/5, LG and Sprint are starting in the right direction in bringing good technology to the table and starting to think forward. Hopefully we'll see a better bluetooth enabled phone later this year??
Nice little phone.
The LG 325 is a nice and refreshing change from the same old flip phone. Ive never been an LG fan..being with sprint for 5 years..lg has been a big disapointment.So far this phone has done what I wanted from it.
Phone does everything I would expect from it. Yes the bluetooth is not as people wanted it..but I would do the same thing if I were Sprint. No reason to lose half your revenue of 700 million a year on pic messaging ringtones ect.. if you could transfer all the stuff you want. Bluetooth can be used for headset..PDA or laptop. I have my Ipaq and my compaq laptop connected to it. I havnt found anything wrong with the phone. Only thing I would of liked to see different would be ..the screen , flash on camera and a louder speaker monitor. The screen is nice..but you can tell its not great when you take pics on the cam, looks grainE. Speaker monitor is really low..I cant even hear it more then 4 feet away and thats if its silent. Flash helps pics but owell..cant always get what you want. Thumbs up to LG on this one.
Good and Bad
Phone is great, good reception, easy to navigate, nice resolution, camera better than my old phone sanyo.
Biggest Disadvantage: Bluetooth does'nt work with my laptop. I am unable to sync my phone to laptop (I guess no obex stuff)
Does any one how to make this work?, Thats what I get for staying with sprint(bluetooth phone with out bluetooth features)

I read all the reviews and thought that the issues that I had read about would not be that big of a deal, was I wrong. I bought this phone from a sprint pcs store to go with my new Acura TL. The car requires a bluetooth phone to work the hands free system and that part of it worked well. The sync process and clarity was great at first. The problem was the fact that the bluetooth would just quit working and the reception was terrible. When I was away from the car and answered a call appx. 50% of the time the caller could hear me but I could not hear them. I returned the phone to the store and the manager told me that they have had several similar issues with this phone and that he did not reccomend it nor would he sell it. The only other bluetooth option through sprint is the treo 650 and that is just way too much $$$. I have been a long time sprint customer but due to the fact that they have not kept up with technology, I am more than likely going to pay the early termination agreement and move to cingular. Why would a company continue to carry merchandise that is obviously crap?
Sprint & LG 35 blu tooth blows it!
new LGpm325 is not a good phone, sprint has gone over the top to obtain this phone and it will not sync with any other blue tooth capible phones... i have had sprint for many years and i am so steamed that other carrriers have cooler phones, and they actually have more features... this phone blows it for me!
Bluetooth Lock
Pros:
I have had this phone for a few weeks and have enjoyed it. It is easy to use and input contacts. I bought it and bought a bluetooth headset at the same time. The headset was easy to set up.
Cons:
I feel that I have been robbed with the bluetooth lock. I did not know the phone was locked until just now when perusing this site. I spent hours trying to sync my contacts on my mac. My computer sees the phone, but I cannot even browse it. THERE WAS NOTHING IN THE ADVERTISEMENT ABOUT THESE DISABLED FEATURES. Or in the instruction book that came with the phone. Radioshack where the purchase was made is clueless as well. I wish there were some way to trade the phone back in -the bluetooth transfer of pictures and contacts is the whole reason I bought the damn phone in the first place.
LG PM 325 - ~BlueTooth~ Failure
Just bought the new LG PM 325. Will be returning it promptly
#1. Connectivity is nearly impossible. I have a Palm T3 and it will not sync nor is it compatible. Sprint sales people actually wanted me to buy a TREO 650 (PDA Phone) to connect with my T3 (PDA) Duh!
#2. The phone itself is rather small. I have small hands but find dialing very difficult.
#3. The slider plastic phone number panel is just plastic. It seems as though it would be quite fragile and could easily break.
#4. Just a word about Bluetooth and Sprint. Trying to get someone at Sprint to understand Bluetooth is like talking until your Blue in the Face! I first called to ask about compatibility and they told me to call Palm! I finally got through to someone who "knew" something and they told me that Sprint does not want people using this "Bluetooth" phone essentially as a modem from their phone to another device because it "clogs" up the phone lines. Then other users complain that they can't get email or connect. Seems that Sprint is in a world of their own.
I'd say change carriers or dont' buy this phone!

I bought a new PM-325 for it's bluetooth connectivity. Unfortunately, that only worked intermittently and poorly. When I called Sprint PCS, the voice-automated menu couldn't recognize any command I spoke; when I finally reached a technician, she had difficulty hearing me & suggested I get a new phone. I swapped phones with very little improvement. Summary:
Cons:
1) "Send" voice quality poor.
2) Bluetooth connectivity poor.
3) Phone "slider" seems fragile; concerned that it could easily break-off.
4) Phone "slider" takes some getting used to: isn't all that easy to open quickly and makes it all-the-more difficult to dial / use the buttons.
5) This phone has reached the point of "too small:"
A) buttons too small / close together; it's all too easy to push the wrong button.
B) phone precarious to hold; too easily slips in your hand.
C) too easy to press one of the side buttons when holding the phone during a conversation.
Pros:
1) Receive voice quality is good.
2) Appears to have a lot of features (although I question if you'd use them as much since the phone, overall, isn't the easiest to hold or use).
3) That you've read this, and I suppose other reviews, and will KEEP SHOPPING!
Summary:
A phone with a lot of potential that appears poorly executed in design & function. If you want bluetooth, don't buy this phone. In fact, I can't think of any reason to buy this phone other than that some, who just want the latest phone on the market, and who would use the phone "remotely" most of the time and thus, not be bothered by the frustrations of physically using the phone itself, might like the small size. Otherwise, KEEP SHOPPING for another phone and save yourself the frustrations & inconveniences that I've gone through!
Not Ready For Prime Time
The good thing: The price after rebates can be about $60.00.
The bad things: Almost everything else. This is NOT a real Blue Tooth Phone. It won't interact with your PC/Laptop or PDA.
It *may* work to some degree with a headset. I tried both a Motorola and a Jabra. The Jabra 250 worked the best, but it was still very scratchy, and about 25% of the time the phone did not recognize the headset. The Motorola was only slightly better than two tin cans with a loose string.
Battery Life is awful. So far no one has any extended life batteries, or even any spares for this model. Radio Shack says maybe in about two months someone will make some. My personal opinion is that the aftermarket mgrs. are going to wait to see if sales justify a production run.
Virtually no software support. Radio Shack/Spring do not have the connection cables to connect this to a PC, and none came with the phone, likewise no software and no software support.
In about a year they may have this tweaked. In the meantime let someone else do the paid Beta.
