Worst Phone I've Ever Had
I got this phone about 9 months ago and I cant wait to get a different phone. I should have waited until my birthday to get a different phone. I guess the phone is alright for someone else but not for me who likes lots of features and good sound quality.
PROS:
~small, compact, easy to hold in your hand
~camera takes OK pictures
~picture caller ID =)
~perfect keypad
CONS:
~horribe reception (T-Mobile, New England)
~voice quality stinks- every other call I have to say, "What? What?"
~no speaker phone =(
~camera sound is SOO loud and there is no way to turn it down
~also I get a couple pictures of my purse when I put it in there
~always get missed calls, cant hear ring tones or feel vibrations
~external display goes black after two seconds have to open up the phone to see what time it is
~battery life OK
~video recorder is horrible
~ringtones are terrible
~doesn't ring and vibrate at the same time, missed lot of calls because of that
I hate this phone but I guess I'm kind of happy since I got it for free but no wonder Sam-sung took it off the market =)
Horrible reception
I have had this phone for over 6 months and it has already been replaced. I replaced it because of the reception, I could barely hear the caller and they usually could not hear me. After I received my replacement I noticed that it is doing the same thing. This phone does have the looks and the camera going for it, but that is all. Any ringtones that are downloaded sound horrible, and are usually unrecognizable. The videos are shaky and pretty much pointless to take. Personally, I would not recommend this phone to anyone.

i hate this phone.. i had to replace it 4 times now for malfunction. i have had it for a year and it is time to up grade. the sound quality is poor and the ring tones are not clear, and the length of most of the song ringers sucks. i loose service with full bars (i live in dover de). i get no reseption at my house but my neighbors i get full reception and ours homes are connected. go figure???
piece of junk
does not hold a signal. external volume button is for key volume, not earpiece???
discontinued because of bugs. hands-free ear piece failed after 2 weeks. poor clarity.
this phone does have scrap value.
3 of these on a family plan, replaced 16 times by tmobile. they would not replace with a different model.
e315 - Worst Cell Phone Ever...
While many features seem to work, you will end up being unhappy with this phone. We got 5 phones for our immediate family, and then a few others for other relatives. Many of those original phones have been returned to T-mobile for exchange, in the hope that our dis-satisfaction was specific phone dependent...WRONG! This model is simply a dud and no wonder it has been discontinued.
You will be most unhappy with both the incoming and outgoing sound quality - you cannot understand what someone is saying, and they will not be able to understand most of what you are saying.
Hope T-mobile is more careful in the future. I know I will be....
