Really?
Really? Really? I ask twice because RIM is so behind the curve, it's frustrating. Then when their rep comes into our store to tell us about a 3 hour training to sell more of them, I laughed. A mid-level device, with no sales incentive, and a 3 HOUR TRAINING?!? BB software hasn't changed. It's a faster BB with 3G, what's with the 3 hour training?
RIM is not keeping up with the rest of the cell phone world, and they expect others to bow because of their email capabilities. Wont be long now before they're a thing of the past.
PROS:
3G (Finally)
No Trackball
CONS:
Web browsing is NOT accessed easily.
Their DEMO phone is locked from being tested adequately.
RIM is too cocky with their phones.
Software
App downloads are NOT worth it.
Not what I expected :(
I took my HD 2 back to get this phone, I played with it for not even a full 24 hours before I took it back.
This phone is basically the Curve 8900, just with a trackpad instead of ball, looks exactly the same minus buttons, and I still own an 8900 so there's no point of keeping it. It has 3G but it RARELY works, it says on EDGE most of the time, you can't talk on the phone and browse the web at the same time or anything. I'm just glad I could return it & get my HD 2 back.

Smooth BB from Tmobile
It's about time! I bought this BB the 1st day it came out! I normally wouldnt do that until the bugs/glitches are worked out, I must say I am impressed with it. My service provider is Tmobile and here are the results from my viewpoint, Pro:Compact,battery life is wonderful! (texting/IMing all day),screen resolution is great,faux leather is cool, chrome is cool,processing is great,GPS is nice, TRACKPAD IS THE TRUTH!,3G definitely helps,finally picture quality is to be respected from BB. Cons:I am not happy with the video quality still not clear like it should be!!!! and the fact i had to buy new accessories for this BB! the old saying as far as the power input goes if its not broke, don't fix it. Tmobile keep up the good work! The pricing is definitely winning customers, thats why i am back @ home with you
