I love the setup of this phone but it has a major problem. the speaker function is horrible. There is bad feedback you get if your hand is anywhere near the mic, Also when you hear people talking on the speaker phone it seams every 10th word gets cut off and breaks up.
I have tired this on about 8 phones in different verizon stores and got the same results.

very simply, this is a bad phone
the only pro on this phone, is that it has an amazing battery life, however i have never used it to watch TV. also the screen is very clear.
the ear piece is on top of the swivel, so open it to make a call and now it is on the side, close it to talk, but what about extensions or options that you have to choose so you either have to swivel back and forth in the middle of a conversation or hold the phone weird in order to talk.
the set i got, there was always feedback on the speaker, every call i tried, i dropped, incoming or outgoing, sometime i couldn't make a call. there was a delay in the software, you would press a button and nothing happened, so you would press it again thinking it was not pressed, and then like 2 or 3 seconds later it would do that operation as many times as you pressed it.
even when it did work it wasn't very loud, even at full volume.

yoo people should i get dis fone or should i get da env 2 people write ur reviews bout this whenever you get a chance because i need to decide which one would be better quick
