Sprint + Sanyo= Winning Combination
As a Sprint manager, I have a love for phones. I have owed them all Ill admit. The Sanyo 5500 was my dream phone, every feature I wanted except for a built in alarm, and the quality and proven reliability from Sanyo. No DOUBT THIS IS THE BEST NON PDA PHONE OUT RIGHT NOW FOR SPRINT. This phone is worth every penny- remember you get what you pay for!!!
Greatest Phone EVER!
I just got this phone today and I think it is the greatest phone that I have ever owned. I switched from a LG5350, and the reception is crystal clear on this new phone. The camera and camcorder work excellent, and the phone interface is very easy to use. This is the phone that I have always dreamed about. It has everything, looks sharp, and sounds great. To quote my favorite movie, "It is so choice. If you have the means, I highly recommend picking one up." (Ferris Bueller)
Un-touchable
This is the hover of phones. Example: Benz is to cars, Jay-z is to rap, as the SANYO 5500 is to phones. Can't touch it

the only problem i have with this phone is that i wish the camera was in the front other than that this is a must have !!!!

needs software update
alot of times i get dropped calls depending where i am but it will have full service when it happens. phone is a week old today Wednesday April 14th. lots of redialing with full service timed out vision sessions failed sms sends. its a GREAT PHONE but it needs to be worked on.im not even thinking about returning it in hopes that a software update will be out soon. before that happens though I'm bringing it in for testing.

This phone is the best! I had a Samsung N400 that was the worst phone ever so I got a Sanyo 5300 and I liked that phone but the photos would could out a little greener then they should and they were always a little blurred. Which made me think that there was something wrong with it. So I got this phone the Sanyo 5500 is so assume. I love it.
It takes really good photos and it has all the features I like to use. The only feature I haven't used is the Ready Link. I don't know anyone with it. And most of my friends have a Sprint service.
But over all this phone is cool!
Great Phone
No cell-phone has it all and no cell-phone is flawless, but this phone is as close as it gets. I have owned this phone for three weeks now and I am astounded by the reception and sound quality. I have not had one dropped call and usually talk on the phone 3 hours per day.
If your in need of a speaker-phone this is it. Although, the voice command is super sensitive. The microphone seems to pick up a lot of background noise very easily.
The camera is good but not pride quality. The video is a great feature, particularly if you need instant documentation.
Ready Link is A-OK. The multicolor LED is beautiful as well as the blue keys.
Very pleasing to the eye and a real attraction for others.
This phone has it all with all the bells and whistles.
Battery life is always an issue and always will be. If you can afford it, buy it.
LIVES UP to EXPECTATIONS
This phone is best yet. Great sound, nice design, great features and a good size.
