DO NOT PAY THIS RANSOM

ATT should not be rewarded for coming up with this awful plan, if anything, it confirms they ARE deprioritizing all customers now even those who previously had plans that claimed faster data and no throttling. Consumers should ditch ATT for this and not give any other carriers the idea that they should copy this bad idea!
There was a reason it is called the Evil Empire.

Net Neutrality

All it takes is ONE complaint to the FCC that this goes against the law set by Net Neutrality in that one can not charge more for priority or special access.
