LG Display today revealed a prototype mobile screen that offers a full 1900 x 1080p HD resolution and a pixel density of 440 per inch. It measures 5 inches across the diagonal and uses the same 16:9 aspect ratio as found on most HDTVs. According to LG, the new display uses Advanced High Performance In-Plane Switching (AH-IPS) technology, which it claims produces highly accurate color, wide viewing angles, and rapid response to user touch. LG also says the panel is bright, power efficient, and "ideal" for use outdoors. LG says the panel will be available during the second half of the year.

1900 x 1080 is not a 16:9 aspect ratio. You either got the ratio wrong in the article, or the resolution is incorrect.
