Apple Releases Second Beta of iOS 7

Apple today made available iOS 7 Beta 2 to iPhone and iPad developers. Apple typically releases new betas every two or three weeks leading up to the general release of a major iOS version. The update contains bug fixes and other improvements. The final version of iOS 7 is not expected to arrive until the fall.

where can i get this!!!!
If you're a developer and already on iOS7 beta 1, it's available OTA only right now.

The beta versions are only available to developers. (You can become a developer for $99/year.)
