Virgin Mobile USA has added a prepaid monthly plan called Month2Month. For $30 per month, subscribers get 300 minutes of talk time plus inexpensive extra minutes. The are additional plans for $40 and $50 per month with even more minutes. Virgin Mobile now compares with Cingular GoPhone, which also offers the same three types of plans. Virgin Mobile UK has offered monthly plans for many months now, and has recently begun offering prepaid service as well, which offers rewards like reduced rates or cheap handset upgrades for subscribers who stay with the company after their contract is up.
