Klausner Sues HTC Over Visual Voicemail

Klausner Technologies today announced that it has filed suit against HTC for patent infringement relating to its Visual Voicemail patents. Klausner apparently has a powerful set of patents for the technology, as it has already won or settled similar claims against industry heavyweights like Apple, AT&T and many others. The suit specifically names the HTC T-Mobile myTouch 3G, and says that phones using Klausner's patented technology on carrier networks that have already paid licensing fees should be free from litigation.
