T-Mobile's myTouch 3G Slide On Sale June 2

Today T-Mobile indicated that the myTouch 3G Slide Android device will go on sale starting June 2 for $180 after rebate with new agreement at select T-Mobile retailers. It will become more widely available on June 16.

the slide is beast...

but is it gonna have this new 2.2 FROYO?

i have been playing with the slide for about a month now and it's a mighty fine device. i recommend it, especially if it has access to 2.2.
