According to unnamed sources cited by Bloomberg, Qualcomm has held talks with AT&T about a possible sale of Qualcomm's FLO spectrum assets. Bloomberg's sources say that Qualcomm has spoken with several carriers, but T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless are not among them. Qualcomm has publicly said that it is shutting down its FLO TV network, which uses 700MHz spectrum to broadcast TV signals to mobile handsets. Qualcomm says it is still evaluating what best to do with FLO and its spectrum. "We are in discussions with a variety of interested parties and are continuing to evaluate other options," said Bill Davidson, Qualcomm’s senior vice president of investor relations.
