Google has filed a motion with the U.S. District Court of Washington in an attempt to keep confidential information and launch plans regarding Android from leaking during the Department of Justice's trial against AT&T's proposed acquisition of T-Mobile. Google was required to file paperwork with the Justice Department regarding its future plans as part of the agency's investigation in the AT&T case. Google is worried that the information will leak to competitors or the press and become public. Google wants the judge overseeing the case to "safeguard confidential, competitively sensitive information." The trial is expected to start on February 13.
