Jacksonville has had it for a bit
I was on a road trip through there two months ago or so and noticed I was getting an LTE signal, so it has been at least up for testing there for some time now.
AT&T is being more aggressive with the LTE rollout than they where with 3G. I just hope they update some Edge areas to at least 3G.

all this does is confirm the new iPhone will have LTE
If you notice.. Weeks to months ahead.. to me all this does is confirm that the new iPhone will have LTE and AT&T does not want to loose customers to Verizon
