No longer waterproof
I just replaced my Duraforce2 with a Duraforce3 and it went into water (5 -6" deep) and it got water damaged. My old Duraforce phones never had a problem going under water. Is theDuraforce 3 no longer designed to handle water?

Struggled for years with the original Kyocera DuraForce Pro, which I'm still using today since it's only claim to fame is it is truly indestructible. I stubbornly refused to upgrade to the Pro 2, or the 5G/UW, or the Durasport 5G/UW based on cost factor/poor reviews/poor upgrade tech specs. I would show my peers my beat up old Duraforce Pro and claim it was a badge of honor - still working and my money was still in my pocket.
This Pro 3 version has some real promise however and it is on order. The latest version of Android (Tiramisu) and a SnapDragon chip that came out last summer, decent RAM, Wi-Fi 6 and 5G. Hopeful.

What the heck
I couldn't think of a more misleading title. They don't list proper specs on kyoceras site. We don't even have 8GB of memory or know if this keeps jacks/micro/led/4 mics

Nice phone. Decent specs for it's type.
Hopefully Caterpillar comes out with a new one as well.
Rugged phones do have a good customer base.
