How do I open the AVN files? I have an account with Straighttalk.com and can't access the internet. Straightalk asked me to open the AVN files and I can't figure that part out. Thanks

How would one go about transferring pictures from the LG Xenon GR500 to a computer?

I understand that by default when receiving a text message, the initial pop-up on the LG Xenon reads "1 new message".

I've heard there is a way you can change it to say "New message from (name)" instead. Is this true?

I have tried everything. I bluetoothed the files to the phone and all they will do is play on the music player. Why can't I assign as a ringtone if I want to?

can i assign speed dials through the number pad on the xenon? can I use any mp3 as a ringer without having to edit/cut/shorten it??????

I can receive pictures and send them, but when receiving them the resolution shrinks terribly.
Sending them, the resolution is fine. Through bluetooth, pictures I receive keep their file size and res. But through messages, it always shrinks to around 160x100 or so. I've tested this with my friends phones and pictures. I've sent a picture I took with my phone to my email and sent it back, only to receive a shrunken version. My email got the same picture on my phone. Does everyone receive picture messages this small? Is there any way for me to fix this?

My wife and I both upgraded our phones (I had a Nokia E62 and she had a Motorola KRZR) to the Xenon. After 2 or 3 days, my wife's keyboard stopped working. She could slide it out, but the screen didn't change to landscape mode and the keys didn't work. The very next day, mine did the same thing.

We took them both back and are now using our old phones. Has anyone here had the same problem with the keyboards not working? I'm waiting for AT&T to get the Nokia E71x in and I'll upgrade to it. My wife liked the Xenon as did I, but we need reliable phones. Did we just get 2 unusually bad phones or are these not really reliable?

I have had my phone for about a week now and noticed that the battery dies very quickly. Anyone else with this problem or is my battery just bad>?>?>??? thanks

As in music for the text alerts. I have the LG VU now and I hate the fact that you can't do that with it and I want a phone that I can!

I can't figure out how to put anything in a new folder under the audio. How do I transfer something into that folder?

menu>settings>phone>security>phone lock>

now read the second line after selecting phone lock on the screen. Notice anything funny on the next page? Just read it again.

I just got my Xenon. I am trying to transfer some mp3 formatted ringtones to my phone with a data cable. i get a msg that says insert memory card for connecting? Do i have to have a memory card to transfer the stuff?

I've seen the data cable, particularly a Belkin model available from daydeal, but I can't find any info to help determine if the data cable also charges via USB?

Does anyone have the data cable and if so, does the phone charge while connected to the data cable?
