Any luck tethering?
I just attempted to tether the Kharma qa1 for ATT. I d'led Comm. Manager 7.0, then did motorola phone tools using the cd, then d'led the update (which the software said it was up-to-date). No luck either.
Specs: Brand new Windows 7 32-bit OS laptop.
Has anyone gotten this phone to tether, ever?

I happen to like the Karma
I work at an AT&T store and have seen the Karma in action. Yes, the phone is a little different. If you can get over the fact that it does look a little different it is actually a great phone. I would recommend this phone for people with smaller hands because the Qwerty is a little small. Other than that, this phone can do some amazing things. 😁

UGLY!!!!
Looks like a Palm Pre KIRF!!
Damned thing looks like a diaphragm case on acid.
I've seen it in person too. It's tiny. Too tiny. I think I'm the only one left that likes a bigger phone as far as games and movies at least.

I Guess That The Same People That Own This Phone Drive A Bright Orange Nissan Cube 🤣
Looks like the hint...........
Motorola didn't get the hint right so they made a new one that does the same thing?
This thing looks really butt ugly. 🙄
The hint is way better than this???
Where in the world does AT&T get the right to force a messaging plan on a phone. I understand that AT&T can do what they want with their company and phones, but I don't thinks that it is fair to force a messaging charge on a phone. I understand that t...

For the whiners...
AT&T doesn't contract you in on services, you can cancel them once they're started (with every phone except the iphone, that's only because apple *really* insists it stays.)
As far as this goes, I have AT&T...Ive tried signing up with sprint and verizon and when you buy a PDA phone, you cant skip the option to add data. This is the same thing. If youre looking for a normal phone? Buy a normal phone. Don't get a text specific device.
