The difference between Apple an Samsung is that Samsung settled out of court while Apple is smart enough to to let the court decide. Apple rarely settles out of court because Steve Jobs inderstands the simple maxim "innocent till proven guilty".

Hometown Heroes...
Living in Rochester all my life, my whole family and many friends worked for the City's largest employer. Kodak has always been an extremely innovative manufacterer and supplier of photo technology. It is very dificult to incorporate cameras in products without some form of Kodak invention. I would like to see what Apple has insituted in their product that warranted this initiative. Kodak doesn't just sue anyone.
